Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you can notify us by sending a notice to our Designated Agent. The notice should include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or materials being infringed.

Company’s Policy:

Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, Company will take the following actions:

  1. Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  2. Notify the content provider, member, or user that access to the material has been removed or disabled.
  3. Terminate access to the service for repeat offenders.

Counter-Notice Procedure:

If the content provider, member, or user believes that the removed material is not infringing or that they have the right to post and use the material, they can send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. The counter-notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member, or user.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location.
  3. A statement that the content provider, member, or user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Content provider’s, member’s, or user’s name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which the content provider’s, member’s, or user’s address is located or, if located outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company is located. Also, a statement that such person or entity will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Company may send a copy to the original complaining party and may, in its discretion, replace the removed material or cease disabling access after 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a court order against the content provider, member, or user.
